Don鈥檛 look now, but the Lakers are one of the hottest teams in the league, climbing all the way to the #6 ranking this week. Denver and Miami continue to swap rankings each week on offense. Denver grabs the top spot this week for offense. Miami gets the #2 ranking. Cleveland, San Antonio and Oklahoma City round out the top 5. ...
