The Brewers had a really good week. The Dodgers had a really bad week. The Brewers are now my number one team while the Dodgers hold a slim lead over the Braves. The Cubs and Rays round out the top five.

Batting

The Nationals continue to lead the league in TOP. The Cubs pass the Dodgers as the second best offense. The Pirates and Yankees continue to hold down the fourth and fifth spot in the rankings.

Yordan Alvarez remains the best hitter in baseball this year. Pete Crow-Armstrong passes James Wood for the number two spot. CJ Abrams and Kyle Schwarber round out the top five.

Pitching

The Brewers continue to lead the league in TOP. The Dodgers went into a freefall dropping down three spots behind the Yankees, Tigers and Red Sox.

Just give Misiorowski the Cy Young now. He continues to dominate. If the Dodgers can get some relief pitching, they’ll still be the team to beat in the postseason. Yamamoto is number two. Ohtani will be ranked once he gets enough innings again. And now Skubal has jumped into the top 10. Dylan Cease comes in at number three, with Chris Sale and Cam Schlittler rounding out the top five.
