It’s official! I will be doing my rankings for the NBA and for the first time ever, the NHL. I figured out how to incorporate the NHL’s overtime and shootout into my ratings, so we are ready.
NHL
My goal is to release my first set of NHL rankings on November 1st. I may try to include the Adjusted Scoring for offense and defense, but I need to test that first.
NBA
The 2025-26 NBA season begins tonight. So I figure I want to get a few weeks of games in before debuting my rankings for the season. So right now, I’m thinking my first release will be Monday, November 10th.
